Hoisting and positioning of large steel structure trusses for the 900 MW nuclear heating project at Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant
At 9:45 on June 18th, the large-scale steel structure truss of the C-D section of the pipe rack (I) in the 900 MW nuclear heating project area of Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant began to be lifted. After a series of actions such as lifting, rotating, luffing, lowering, and adjusting, it was lifted into position at 11:10, lasting for 1 hour and 25 minutes. The entire lifting process was smooth, orderly, and the safety and quality were controllable.
The circulating water supply and return pipelines in the 900 MW nuclear heating project plant area adopt a combination of overhead and underground laying scheme. The steel structure truss lifted this time is 39 meters long, with a total weight of 60 tons, making it the largest and heaviest steel structure in this project. As the pipe support of the circulating water pipeline crossing the main access road of Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant site, this steel structure is one of the Critical path method for the circulation water pipeline to be connected. Its smooth hoisting and positioning create favorable conditions for the subsequent circulation water pipeline of the heat supply network to be connected throughout.
