I. Rebar
Rebar is a steel bar with ribbed surface, also called ribbed steel bar, usually with 2 longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs evenly distributed along the length. Among them, rebars are categorized into Grade I rebars (round bars), Grade II rebars (HRB235), Grade III rebars (HRB400), and Grade IV rebars (HRB500).
Ribbed steel bars have a greater bonding capacity with concrete due to the ribs and thus can better withstand external forces. Rebar is used in civil engineering projects such as houses, bridges, roads and utilities such as highways, railroads, tunnels, flood control and dams.
II. Wire rod
Wire rod refers to the diameter of 5-22mm hot-rolled round steel, because it is traded in the market in the form of coils, so it is also called coil. Commonly used wire product specifications for the diameter of 5-13mm. wire is also very wide range of uses, in addition to the direct role in the construction of reinforcing bars, but also can be processed into various types of specialized steel wire, such as spring steel wire, communication lines, etc., but also can be processed into other metal products, such as rivets, nails, and so on.
Ⅲ.Seamless steel pipe
Seamless steel pipe is a kind of round, square, rectangular steel with a hollow cross-section and no seams around it. It is made from steel ingots or solid billets by piercing into a rough tube, and then nearly made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold dialing. Seamless steel pipe is used in a large number of pipelines for transporting liquids, oil drilling rods, automobile drive shafts, self-propelled frames and steel frame handrails used in building construction.
IV.Spiral steel pipe
Spiral steel pipe is a strip of steel coil as raw materials, after high temperature extrusion molding, and then automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding. Its use is also very wide, for liquid transportation in: water supply, drainage. For gas transportation in: gas, steam, liquid petroleum gas. As a building structure used in: docks, roads, bridges and so on.
V. Galvanized steel pipe
Galvanized steel pipe surface with hot-dip or electro-galvanized layer of welded steel pipe. Galvanization can extend the service life of galvanized steel pipe and increase the corrosion resistance of steel pipe. Widely used in construction, machinery, coal mining, chemical industry, railway vehicles, automobile industry, highway, bridge, container, sports facilities, petroleum machinery, prospecting machinery and other manufacturing industries.
VI. angle steel
Angle steel, also known as angle iron, is two sides perpendicular to each other into a 90-degree angle long steel. Angle steel is divided into equal angle steel and unequal angle steel two kinds. Equilateral angle of two sides of the width is equal.
Its specifications are expressed in millimeters of side width × side width × side thickness. For example, “∠20×20×4” means an angle with a side width of 20 mm and a side thickness of 4 mm.
Angle steel is widely used in various building structures and engineering structures, such as beams, bridges, transmission towers, lifting and transportation machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, and container racks.
Ⅶ channel steel
Channel steel is a long strip of steel with a groove-shaped cross-section. Its specifications to waist height (h) × leg width (b) × waist thickness (d) of the number of millimeters, such as 100 × 50 × 8, said the waist height of 100mm, leg width of 50mm, waist thickness of 8mm channel steel. Channel steel is mainly used in building structures, vehicle manufacturing and other industrial structures, channel steel is also often used in conjunction with I-beams.
VIII. I-beam
I-beam is also called steel beam, is the cross-section for the I-shaped long steel. I-beam wing edge from the root to the side gradually thin, and a certain angle, I-beam cross-section by the straight pressure is good, tensile, but the cross-section size because of the wing plate is too narrow, not easy to resist torsion.
IX, H-beam
The flanges of H-beam are all of equal thickness, and there are rolled sections and combined sections consisting of 3 plates welded together. Because all parts of H-beam are lined up at right angles, it has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light structural weight.
X. Round steel
Round steel is a solid strip of steel with a round cross-section. Its specifications are expressed in millimeters of diameter, such as ” 40 ” that is, the diameter of 40 mm round steel. Round steel is used in many applications, for hardware, construction, automotive, shipbuilding, petrochemical, machinery, medicine, food, electricity, energy, aerospace and so on.
