Based on the characteristics of steel structure construction, the concept and technology of ‘BIM+Internet of Things+Mobile+Cloud Network’ were introduced, and the management of steel structures was divided into six stages: design, deepening, production, transportation, installation, and inspection. The entire process data of the six stages were bound to the three-dimensional models of steel components one by one, achieving over 100000 pieces Traceability of the entire lifecycle of steel components and precise management of 3D visualization
Next, Guangzhou Baiyun railway station will enter the stage of indoor and outdoor electromechanical installation and decoration. The decoration plan lasted two and a half years, and has been adjusted and optimized for hundreds of times. At present, more than ten decoration samples have been completed for the first time, petal columns and toilet samples have been completed for the elevated floor, and there are several sample sections for the outbound floor and platform floor. In response to the large-scale implementation of subsequent decoration and renovation, the project department will continue to increase personnel investment, scientifically and rigorously schedule the construction period, focus on controlling the quality of decoration materials, improve the ability of “one-time optimization”, and fully ensure the progress of station engineering.
